Ceramic Band Heater

 

The Ceramic Band Heater design consist of a helically wound resistance coil made from Nickel-chrome wire, evenly stretched and precisely strung through specially designed ceramic insulatingbricks, forming a  flexible heating mat. The ceramic heating mat along with ceramic fiber insulation is installed in a stainless steel housing made with serrated edges, providing maximum flexibility for easy installation.

  • Construction: Made of ceramic tiles or elements that act as both insulation and heat conductors, wrapped in a stainless-steel sheath.
  • Heat Efficiency: Highly efficient due to their excellent insulation, reducing heat loss and saving energy.
  • Temperature Range: Typically operate up to 1200°F (650°C).
  • Uniform Heating: Provide even heat distribution across the surface.
  • Durability: Withstand high temperatures and harsh environments with longer service life.

  • Die heads and other cylindrical surfaces requiring consistent heating
